 Managing Your Career with School-Aged Kids

When kids start school, many parents look forward to two things: saving on daycare fees and increased flexibility in our working lives. Yet the reality is that many parents need to work outside of the 9am to 3pm hours while kids are at school. And with “Pro-d Days” and school holidays to think about, it's a lot to juggle! 

In this panel-style discussion, we will tackle the reality of managing careers in a "post pandemic" world. We will hear both from parents who have made it work and other caregivers who decided to stay home during the early years of school. 

There will be opportunities for you to meet other parents and caregivers who may be having the same challenges as you. As always, this is good chance to build some community within other Dickens families!
