Hip-Hop with Jess Dance!

Some of the funds raised at last year's SPRING FLING, helped to sponsor a school-wide dance program hosted at the Dickens main school. Parents & Guardians were invited to watch Grades K-7 perform a series of Hip-Hop presentations on Friday afternoon, March 15. An enormous Thanks to Kyle at "Jess Dance" for the fabulous dance instruction! | jessdance.com

Hop 'n Nosh - Thank you Charles Dickens Families!

A huge "THANK YOU" to all the families who attended our 2019 Hop'n Nosh Family Dance + SocialIt was wonderful to see so many people from both the Annex and Main Schools in attendance, and having so much fun! "Hop 'n Nosh" is one of many events hosted by the Dickens PAC, and sponsored by funds raised at our annual SPRING FLING.

On behalf of our school PAC that supported the festivities and the organizing team (Jacqui, Bianca, Helen and I) we'd also like to give an extra special "thanks" to the following folks:

All parent & teen volunteers that made set-up, hosting and clean up a breeze
Matt, Elyssa and Jim for helping with the pre-event tasks and support through the evening
Miho and the after school care team for being flexible and allowing us to set-up the multi-purpose room early
Peter & Annie on the custodian team for the additional clean-up
Karim for allowing the after-school use of his classroom on the night of the event

Kind regards,
Vira Jackson
