Care about Public Education in BC?

A request for written public input in to the 2016 Provincial Budget has been issued by the Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services.

This is your chance to express your thoughts to the Government of BC about:

  • Current funding levels for public education
  • Cutbacks to special needs’ and student support services/programs
  • Cutbacks to arts and music programs
  • The growing pressure on parents to raise funds to cover basic educational resources

Your written input can be short, but it should be in your own words.

Further information, including an outline of the Committee’s privacy policy, is provided on the Committee’s website at https://www.leg.bc.ca/cmt/finance/submission.asp
